Inventory Clerks (AIIC) following their guidelines

| With the
introduction of the 'Tenancy Deposit Scheme' it is
now more important to have an Inventory carried out
so the Landlord can have independent proof of the
condition of the property at the start and finish
of a let period so monies can be claimed from the
deposit for damages or excessive fair wear and tear
if deemed necessary. |
